Shipping Policy
At Kindred Spirit Style, we strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible!
- Processing Time: Orders ship within 1-2 business days, unless marked as pre-order (expected ship date listed in product description).
- Payment Verification: We may verify payment methods, potentially causing delays.
- Shipping Confirmation: A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Responsibility
- Once your package is handed off to USPS, we are no longer responsible for it.
- For tracking updates or inquiries, contact USPS at www.usps.com or call 1-800-ASK-USPS.
- We are not liable for packages marked "delivered" by USPS. Ensure you ship to a secure location and check with family or neighbors if needed.
Delivery Times & Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other factors:
- FREE SHIPPING: On orders of $125 or more.
- Standard Shipping: $8.50 per order. Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days. Includes insurance up to $100 through USPS.
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs will apply for re-shipment.
