Shipping policy

At Kindred Spirit Style, we strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible!

Orders ship within 1–2 business days, unless marked as a Pre-Order (expected ship date will be listed in the product description).
We may verify payment methods, which could cause a delay in processing.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Items marked as Pre-Order are not currently in stock and will ship once we receive them from the manufacturer or vendor.
Estimated arrival dates are provided when available but are subject to change due to supplier or shipping delays beyond our control.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once the pre-order item arrives unless otherwise specified.
We appreciate your patience and will ship your pre-order as quickly as possible upon receipt.

Once your package is handed off to USPS, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Kindred Spirit Style is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by USPS.
Please ensure your package is being shipped to a secure location and check with family members, neighbors, or your local post office if you cannot locate your package.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

FREE Shipping: Orders of $125 or more
Standard Shipping: $8.50 per order
- Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days
- Includes USPS insurance coverage up to $100

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
